Join our workshop in Aalborg, Denmark, and be part of an interactive and engaging design sprint toward creating concrete images of irresistible circular cities of the future. We invite the participants to develop future scenarios to reflect on and discuss what needs to be taken into consideration when developing thriving and inclusive future cities.
Aalborg University (AAU) and Danish Industry (DI) on behalf of Desire invite you to an interactive session inspired by the New European Bauhaus.
The interactive session is part of the ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability) conference hosted by Aalborg Municipality on 1-3 October. The conference seeks to challenge local governments to shape a new urban reality that is sustainable, resilient, and just. The conference is expected to attract close to 1,000 participants from around Europe.
When transforming our cities to a greener future it takes more than policy makers in its traditional definition of the concept. We need city makers - a broader concept of those forming the city, both, human and non-human. We invite all kinds of city makers to join us in the Irresistible Cities Lab (ICL).
The session will be an interactive and engaging design sprint toward creating concrete images of irresistible circular cities of the future. We invite the participants to develop future scenarios to reflect on and discuss what needs to be taken into consideration when developing thriving and inclusive future cities.
Come join other city makers. The session will be held in English and will be first come first served. The session will be facilitated by Lea Holst Laursen (AAU) and Henriette Thuen (DI). We are leading partners in the EU project Desire (irresistiblecircularsociety.eu)
