RECORDING: When business meets art in a time of poly-crisis

A couple of weeks ago, Mariya Gabriel, EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, and Francesca Bria, president of the Italian Innovation Fund, presented the viewpoint that 'art, architecture, and technology can strongly contribute to a renewed narrative and vision of Europe'.

With the New European Bauhaus TALK 'When business meets art in a time of poly-crises' in BLOX on May 24th we actually anticipated this viewpoint by presenting some concrete cases of art, architecture and technology meeting in a common ambition to work for alternative ways to a greener future.

We invite you to watch or re-watch the dialogues, presentation and not least the video art opening the event in the video recording of the event.

Performance reading closing the event: 'The Artist is Listening' by Madeleine Kate McGowan and performed by Inga Gerner Nielsen - Throughout the DESIRE event at BLOX, May 24th 2022, an artist dressed in green was instructed to listen and note keywords and sentences throughout all the presentations.
